About Peggy
(she/they)

I am a somatic, existential, and systems-based therapist. I primarily work with people who are experiencing anxiety, depression, big life transitions, relationship issues (including non-monogamy), neurodivergence, LGBTQ+ issues, trauma, and those who are just struggling and can’t quite figure out why. I use EMDR, mindfulness (which can look very different from meditation!), and parts work. I also examine and take into consideration the ways that systems of power affect your daily life.

If you are interested in working with me, you can reach me at peggy@thebrannencenter.com. I would be happy to schedule a 15-minute phone consult to introduce ourselves and see if we might be a good fit.

My Philosophy

I see therapy as a collaborative, creative process. I’m here to help you find stability, peace, self-understanding, and meaning amongst the chaos of life. I hope to help you identify and shift patterns that keep you feeling stuck, learn skills for dealing with daily stresses, move forward from traumatic experiences, and cultivate joy.
